  • The SWEEP+ Standard for Local Government and Materials Management Industry (Clean Version of Ballot Draft with ballot credits highlighted)

You must be a member of SWEEP’s National Consensus Committee (NCC) in order to vote on the SWEEP+ Ballot Draft. **The NCC is restricted to the group who balloted the previous draft.

Per SWEEP National Leadership Consensus Standard balloting rules, only credits with Substantive Changes* from the November 2019 draft are being voted on prior to the launch of the SWEEP Pilot Program.

*Note on Substantive Changes: Changes are substantive if they alter the calculation basis of the credit, require a different threshhold or significant requirements are added or subtracted from a credit. Modifications to underlying definitions or the addition of Alternative Compliance Pathways are considered Clarifications or Administrative Changes.
